We're always striving for Excellence at Central Middle! Congratulations to all the faculty and staff who helped make our PERFECT audit possible. Ultimately, we report to the tax payers, parents, community, etc. This is your money, and we want to make sure we are morally and ethically responsible with those dollars. "CURRENT YEAR FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS None."

Are you willing to help? Central Middle School will be hosting Career Day on Thursday, February 28, 2018, at 8:00 a.m.. Here at Central Middle, we understand the importance of students learning about and exploring various career choices. It is our goal for students to leave us with an understanding of the relationship between personal qualities, education, and the world of work, and with the ability to make informed career decisions and employ strategies to achieve future career goals with success and satisfaction.
Congratulations to the students from the Central Mustang Band selected into the District IV Honor Bands! These students auditioned against hundreds of musicians from all throughout the Greater Baton Rouge Area. We are so proud of the 24 7th & 8th graders who worked hard to earn seats in these prestigious groups! The selected students will travel to Southeastern University in Hammond in January for a weekend of rehearsals and a concert. Good luck!
