ARCHIVES 02.23.10 Johnson Appointed as Child Nutrition Supervisor
On January 5, 2010, Leuna Johnson became Supervisor of the Child Nutrition Program for the Ascension Parish School Board Office. Johnson was appointed by the board on December 1, 2009, to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Denise Heisser. Before joining the Ascension school district, Johnson was with the Assumption Parish School Board where she held a similar position as program supervisor for six years. Johnson is a graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in food and nutritional science and master’s degree in business administration (MBA). She is a native of Baton Rouge where she currently resides. |
