Volunteer Ascension

2010 School Uniform Distribution
Ascension Parish Children Grades Pre-K – 8th grade

To qualify for school uniforms, parents/ guardians must provide the following:

• Proof of income (recent food stamp paper is sufficient) OR
• Proof of child receiving free or reduced lunch
• Identification and social security card of child and parent/guardian
• For child, must supply:  Name, social security number, date of birth, school name, grade and sizes.

Distribution Dates:

• August 3, 2010 (9a.m. to 5 p.m.) & August 4, 2010 (9 a.m. to 11 a.m.) at Gonzales Primary School cafeteria (located on Burnside Ave. in Gonzales). Screening and distribution at the same time.
• Donaldsonville Primary, Lowery Elementary and Intermediate – distribution at these schools will occur during school registration. (Please contact the school for more information)

***ONLY parent/guardians can pick uniforms for their child/children.
